Our Harvest Muffin is over 30 years old!! This whole-hearted and healthy treat was created in 1992. The Harvest Muffin paved the way for an entire line of allergy-free treats. Made with organic carrots, bananas, coconut, and apples. This recipe is the reason you're having a muffin for breakfast and not cake.

Ingredients 

Certified gluten-free oat flour, organic evaporated cane sugar, bananas, certified gluten-free potato starch, oat milk, certified gluten-free tapioca flour, coconut, carrots, apples, coconut oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, organic ceylon cinnamon, baking powder, xanthan, and salt.
