Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All change or cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to your requested delivery date.
We are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations submitted after this window.

Shipping Policy

All of our perishable treats shipped nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders shipped outside our local delivery area.

Please note: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers due to weather conditions, mechanical failures, labor strikes, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other events beyond our control.
