Shipping policy

All of our perishable treats shipped nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders shipped outside our local delivery area.

Please note: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers due to weather conditions, mechanical failures, labor strikes, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other events beyond our control.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) only. We’re based in New York, so please note: during warmer months, we may decline cake orders shipping to the West Coast due to melting concerns. This applies to cakes only. If there's an issue, we’ll contact you directly.

Timely Arrival

To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least 3 days in advance of when you need it.

Order Changes

We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at info@sensibleedibles.com.

Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made and refunds will not be issued.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Let us know as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days. After your order has shipped, we cannot cancel, recall, or refund it.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email info@sensibleedibles.com with photos as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation case by case and do our best to resolve the issue.
