Our rich and fudgy Vegan Gluten-Free Cheesecake Brownie is yet another delicious combination from our variety of brownies. Brownies and cheesecakes are incredible desserts on their own but when combined, these two add up to dessert heaven. We topped off our infamous Chocolate Chunk brownie with a layer of our new Cheesecake recipe to make an unbelievably mouth-watering brownie. The first and most important step to these densely layered brownies is melting the vegan semi-sweet chocolate chunks into liquid chocolate. We then add the remaining ingredients in a heated one-bowl recipe for the perfect bake. We made sure to add a bit of cocoa powder to bring out the intense chocolate flavor we all love and crave.
