1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation
We recommend contacting us 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability. Please include the following in your inquiry:
- Event date, time, and venue
- Estimated guest count
- Dietary needs or restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc.)
2. Tasting & Deposit
To schedule a tasting and reserve your date, we require a $100 deposit. This deposit is applied toward your tasting and, if applicable, your final cake order.
- Tasting samples are $7 each. You may select as many flavors as you’d like to try.
The cost of your tasting will be deducted from the $100 deposit.
- Any remaining balance from the deposit will be applied directly to your cake purchase.
If you decide not to move forward with an order, the unused portion of your deposit will be refunded.
Tastings are prepared fresh and priced per sample to reflect the time, quality, and care we put into every bite.
3. Finalizing Your Cake
Once you’ve selected your flavors, we’ll schedule a design consultation to finalize details such as:
- Cake size and tier structure
- Flavors
- Design elements (colors, frosting styles, custom décor)
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing your cake order.
Your final invoice will reflect your selected cake design, tasting credit applied, and any additional services (e.g. delivery).
5. Delivery & Setup
Delivery is available and quoted based on distance and complexity.
Cakes are delivered 2–4 hours before the event.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Tasting fees are non-refundable.
If no cake order is placed, unused tasting deposit balance will be refunded.
Cake order cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
7. Dietary Considerations & Allergies
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of inquiry. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, our facility does handle common allergens.
