Sourcing food locally fosters economic growth within communites and reduces carbon emissions

100% natural ingredients. No chemcials. No preservatives.

Baker's dozen — this one is popular, so extras are donated weekly to our local NYC homeless shelter, reducing waste and nurturing our community

Crafted with care over the last 30 years and spanning two generations.

Carrots are a rich source of beta carotene. This converts into vitamin A (a.k.a. retinol) which the body needs to fight toxins, infections, and inflammation. Carrots also provide fiber and potassium. These promote gut health, regulate blood sugar levels, and feed your microbiome.

Locally Sourced

By sourcing food locally, we're supporting businesses in our community. This also lowers carbon emissions from shipping. Local farms are more likely to use permaculture farming practices. This method nurtures soil and strives to maintain ecological balance found in nature.

VelVanilla FrostingTM

Our proprietary VelVanilla Frosting was first developed in 1992. We use simple, plant-based ingredients to achieve a smooth, shelf-stable topping. It has just the right amount of sweetness and as always, no preservatives.
